Design

Design is crucial when it comes to wireless.  The multiple frequencies and speeds and how they react with differing building constructions means that you must have a well thought out design.  Aside from desired speed, you need to factor where wiring closet feeds will come from, what type(s) of antennas are to be used, how many clients do we expect in any given area.  It is easy to get caught up in speed or coverage, but important to go beyond those questions and really factor in all the variables for a well designed system.
