Structured cabling requires as much consideration as a file server or network switch.  This is the foundation of the network itself and too few IT consultants understand this area of technology.  At Langistic Networks, we are cabling professionals experienced in all aspects of cabling. 

Design of the underlying cable system is not as simple as pointing to a wall and saying Cat something...  We can look at your current and projected business needs and advise what topologies make the most ROI over the long-term.  A typical office environment for instance may see no real ROI on Cat-7 vs Cat-6 at this moment in time.  That may change in 5 years, but 10G to the desktop isn't going to be commonplace for some time.

In terms of voice cabling - VoIP or traditional phones?
How to handle the termination blocks?  66 blocks, Krone blocks, 110 style?
